Awesome 10/15/2009
Handicap 10 - 15
This are just as good if not better than Titleist NXT extremes. Feel softer, same distance and control. At $1 a ball you cant beat it. Seems like i can play 10 rounds with a single ball with out a scuff. Great Ball. Give it a try!

Great price for great ball 2/6/2008
Handicap 20-30
I used to play these when they were 18 bucks for 12. Getting 24 balls for 24 bucks is a steal for the avg golfer.

Assuming it doesn't get lost or scuffed, how long will a ball last? Do balls get "tired" after a round or two?

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. Yes provided that you keep em out of the drink a ball should be fine for a couple rounds. They do not lose freshness like a tennis ball would, but it is best to switch to a new ball after a couple rounds. -Parker

The talk is about club head speed; high, moderate and low. Just where does one go to determine club head speed and does this only apply to drivers?

Thank you for your inquiry. Club head speed is mainly mentioned when speaking of driving the golf ball. High club head speeds are 100 MHP+, moderate 85-99, and low would be considered below 85 MPH. Head speed will always be considered when determining shaft flex and usually ball selection. It is always great to be aware of your club head speed.

Jerry, the shelf life of the golf balls if stored in a climate controlled area is non existent. The balls will perform to the standards they were produced at the time. If you are playing an older golf ball you may notice differences from performance of newer balls but that is due to advances in technology not because the ball is "dead". Only storing balls out doors or in non controllable climates will you notice the balls only last around 2 years in most cases.

A golf ball takes between 100 and 1000 years to decompose. If a golf ball is not old and battered through play, it will be fine!!! http://www.telegraph.co.uk/earth/earthnews/6540852/Golf-balls-take-1000-years-to-decompose.html
