Also Great as a Logo Golf Gift 7/15/2008
Handicap 0 - 5
Give the PROV1x as a promotional golf gift. We can place your company logo or personal logo right on the ball. Give them out by the sleeve, by the ball, or by the dozen. Our minimum is only 6 dozen, so whether you need them for your wedding party gifts, or for your tournament, the PROV1x makes a great logo golf gift.

Custom logo ball for tradeshows 10/31/2008
Handicap 10 - 15
I use the Pro V1x logo golf ball to get people to come by my booth at tradeshows. Once someone hears about my company giving out these promotional golf balls, I get a lot more traffic, and traffic=potential clients.

Titleist Pro V1x Best logo Ball by Far 10/16/2008
Handicap 10 - 15
I have tried almost every golf balls there is and this is by far my favorite logo golf ball. I agree it goes a long way and has great speed. The price is a little high but I give them away with my logo on them to my clients because I know they will also use this ball over others.

How you cannot like this ball is beyond me. It goes ALONG WAY off the driver and with it's built in "Drop and Stop" green action, it sits down with little forward motion. If your short game is any value to your game at all, this is a great ball for you. Dimples smaller than Callaway Bite, or Hot HX allow you to tee it up higher right off the tee. The cover should support alot of play. Only problem is the cost. Might try buying over-runs. Same ball and cheaper.

The talk is about club head speed; high, moderate and low. Just where does one go to determine club head speed and does this only apply to drivers?
A

Thank you for your inquiry. Club head speed is mainly mentioned when speaking of driving the golf ball. High club head speeds are 100 MHP+, moderate 85-99, and low would be considered below 85 MPH. Head speed will always be considered when determining shaft flex and usually ball selection. It is always great to be aware of your club head speed.

Don't worry, I'll answer your question for you. Most golf shops have equipment with which they can measure your club head speed, however they may attempt to sell you a shaft you don't need. The vast majority of people do just fine with the shaft that comes with the club.

Search for a Golfsmith or PGA Tour Superstore in your area. Golfsmith has hitting areas set up near the rear of their shops and the majority of the time no one bothers you at all. The PGA Tour Superstores usually have at least 8 perforance bays that you can try clubs out.

Jerry, the shelf life of the golf balls if stored in a climate controlled area is non existent. The balls will perform to the standards they were produced at the time. If you are playing an older golf ball you may notice differences from performance of newer balls but that is due to advances in technology not because the ball is "dead". Only storing balls out doors or in non controllable climates will you notice the balls only last around 2 years in most cases.

Is ID-Align aligned along 1) the center of balance, 2) the seam of two part cover, or 3) just a few dots on either side of initials?
A
05/04/2009 3:09 PMGolfballs.com Employee: Andy
Thank you for your question. The IDAlign service is centered in accordance to the logo of the manufacturer, in many cases the balls we print on are seamless. The are 6 different Golfballs.com ID-Align selections to choose from including arrows, lines, dots, or stars. For additional inquiries, please contact us at 1-800-372-2557. Thanks, Andy

Golf balls stored in a controlled climate, (not outside in the elements, not stored in a 100 degree temperature,)will lose ONE YARD per year. That means, obviously, if you store your golf balls for ten years they will lose only ten yards of carry. Most of us could never tell the difference until it reaches that ten year mark.
