i've heard that when it is cold out it is better to use a low compression ball and when it is hot out a high compression ball is there truth to this??

Hi, thanks for the question. The lower compression ball is obviously softer than the higher compression ball. It will give your hands some relief by hitting the softer ball. -Parker
