Can you use this umbrella holder to clip onto a chair? What is the clip like and can it clip to other things?

The mount is designed specifically to fit on the Sun Mountain Speed Cart V1. Technically the clamp will fit onto anything that is structured similar to the Speed Cart handle which is rounded.

Do you have to have a sun mountain cart to use this holder or will it attach easily to other carts. I have an Ogio cart.

As I am not familiar with the Ogio cart, I am unsure if the umbrella kit will fit.
