Hi, thanks for the question. Cadet gloves will have shorter fingers than regular gloves. The palm sizes will be the same. -Parker

Which one is a better fit, Footjoy Stasof or Titleist Players Glove?
09/03/2009 4:39 AM
Hi, thanks for your question. This would depend more on the player, as to which glove would be the best fit. The Titleist glove is somewhat thinner and seems to fit the hand tighter. -Parker

As far as I know, only one manufacturer offers a right CADET hand glove
(for left hand golfers), and that is MG Golf company.
No major glove comany offers one.

Cadet means it has less material at the wrist. In other words, it goes less far up the arm from the wrist. It has nothing to do with shorter fingers. Everything about the glove is the same except for less material starting at the wrist. I find cadet more comfortable.

Overview
Golf gloves need to fit properly in order to work correctly. If they're too loose or too tight, the benefits are negated. To help you find the perfect fit, manufacturers use a specific sizing system for men's, women's and children's gloves and have created two unique shapes to ensure the best fit: regular and cadet.

Cadet = shorter finger & thumb length. Post stating has nothing to
do with finger length is INCORRECT. Try on reg and cadet at pro shop and you will see.

"Cadet" indicates short fingers only and has nothing to do with material.
