Nike Fairway woods
7/7/2006
I was in the market for some new fairway woods this spring, so I went to my local golf store and tried almost every brand of club in the 3 and 5 woods. I swung Cobra, Taylor Made, Callaway, Adams and Titleist. I wasn't real happy with any of them (the closest was the Taylor Made, and they were the most expensive), so on a whim I decided to try the Nike woods. Needless to say, I was very surprised. I loved the feel of them! I hit them better than any of the others, and the clubs just felt like they fit me better. I am a very average golfer, just getting back into it after taking a good 6 years off due to back surgery, and I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised by the Nike clubs. I'm going to be looking for a driver next, and you had better believe I'll be trying the Nike first!!

Great Question. The answer is both! They go hand in hand together. That's why so many companies taught High Launch clubs or balls. More carry, etc.....More height should translate into more distance. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Play Well, Johnny
