The X Tour fairway wood is hot! The Modified X Sole Design makes this club easy to hit off of any turf conditions. Variable Face Thickness(VFT)Technology produces extreme ball speeds while still providing optimum output on off center hits. Great Question.
The answer is both! They go hand in hand together. That's why so many companies taught High Launch clubs or balls. More carry, etc.....More height should translate into more distance.
