The Adams Pro Black Hybrid is a great option for the better player. A slimmer design with minimal offset is easy on the eyes and offers hybrid versatilty from any lie. The Pro Black will allow you to work the ball and control trajectory like no other hybrid before it. The lower CG makes this club easier to hit than traditional long irons and distance control is spot on. The Adams Pro Black hybrid is a fantastic product.

I just got mine in the mail and tested it tonight against my current hybrid which is a 20 degree Nickent 3DX also with an Ozik X Stiff shaft.
The Adams is great, more of a click at impact instead of the Nickent's fairway wood sound (Nickent sounds and feels great, just different). I was seeking a lower flight and also less draw bias, the Nickent tends to miss left for me but the Adams has left offset allowing me to fade it if I have to.
Overall very pleased, I think the Nickent may be out of the bag ev

I bought a 20 degree with the matrix shaft. best looking and performing hybrid I ever hit. going back to buy the 23 degree.

Great Question.
The answer is both! They go hand in hand together. That's why so many companies taught High Launch clubs or balls. More carry, etc.....More height should translate into more distance.
