Adams really has a winner with this hybrid. The incorporation of Boxer Technology into the Pro Gold has greatly improved the consistency of the ball flight. Accuracy is better than ever and the distance is surprising. The stock shaft is a new introduction from Mitsubishi called the JAVLN FX and it gets the ball up quickly but with a flat trajectory. Everything about the Pro Gold hybrid is geared towards performance and that is exactly what you get.

Ken, thank you for your inquiry. Yes Adams does offer a #2 Hybrid in the Adams IDEA Pro Gold Series. The #2 hybrid is the 18 degree loft head. This would be a great substitute for 2 iron or 5 wood which would be the gap you are needing to fill in this case. For ordering information please contact me at 1-800-372-2557. Thanks, Andy.

Great Question.
The answer is both! They go hand in hand together. That's why so many companies taught High Launch clubs or balls. More carry, etc.....More height should translate into more distance.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Play Well,
Johnny
