Manufacturer Description
Titleist Velocity golf balls deliver fast initial ball speed off the tee and playable feel in the short game. The Velocity utilizes LSX core technology to produce a high-speed core encased in a NaZ2 cover formulation with a 332 icosahedral dimple design. All of this combines to give this ball a huge distance advantage and pin-point accuracy.
Titleist designed the Velocity to be a longer ball for all golfers. It contains the fastest solid core of any previous Titleist ball, resulting in unparalleled explosive distance. And the dimple design is also unique. Featuring a high-surface coverage, the dimple design of the Velocity golf ball delivers a consistent ball flight. And around the green, you won't sacrifice any feel. It's the perfect all-around ball for your game.
- High velocity, low spin LSX solid core technology
- Two Piece Construction
- Playable feel in the short game with a tight, consistent ball flight
- NaZ2 ionomer cover blend

I got a couple dozen of these soon after they were released and was able to put them in play. I was pleasantly surprised. The ball was really responsive off the club face. It didn't feel like I was hitting a Top Rock. Playing conditions were in the 50's, so I think the ball will do real well when it gets warmer. Winter conditions didn't allow a complete test on chips and putts though. I'd say, "Give these a try!!"

I'm 67 with a 9 handicap. Club speed 95 ball speed 125.
I work part time at a golf course, and have access to "all" the different balls.
I play ProV1 and X, Velocity, along with PentaTP3. Have not tried Lethal yet. Bridgestone E5. I hit all my irons high. I would like a ball with good spin when "nipped", and coming into the green. Good backspin. What's a good ball for me?

Velocity does not have a custom number program. If you would like all either 00, 11, 22 or 33 at an additional charge of $2/dz. Thanks.

There have been given 2 answers to where the
Velocity ball is made, which one is true. I'ved used Titleist balls for years and won't buy anymore if they are not made in the USA. If they are made in the USA I will continue my buying of the Titleist brand.

Presently Titleist balls are made in the USA. They are owned by a South Korean company but at this time product is still made in the US. Thanks.
