Product Description
The new Z-STARxv golf ball's proprietary urethane cover is the thinnest and the softest in the premium market producing an excellent combination of distance and spin. The new four-piece dual Energetic Gradient Growth core provides the best distance in a premium offering while maintaining low spin to optimize driver performance. The Z-STARxv is offered in Pure White and Tour Yellow for added visual performance. Between the two Z-STAR balls, the Z-STARxv is a more distance oriented tour performance ball which returns less spin off the driver creating longer more penetrating ball flights. The ball feels slightly firmer, but does not sacrifice feel and control around the greens. Overall, this ball maximizes its performance when played by golfers who have a driver swing speed greater than 95mph.

Great Balls
I discovered these balls last season and have been extremely satisfied with their performance from tee to green. The most obvious comparison I can give these balls is to the Titilist ProV1 and ProV1x. They may not be quite as soft as the ProV's but they come close. They have the same carry as the ProV's off the tee and the best facet to me is the superior stopping power they have around the green. They will absolutely stop on a dime. If you like being long with excellent control on the green then this ball will make you happy. Highly recommend these balls especially for the higher swing speed folks.

Srixon Z-Star XV….GREAT GOLF BALL
I have purchased a total of 8 dz. Srixon Z-Star XV Tour Yellow Golf Balls and think they play GREAT. I don't have a super fast swing but this ball still JUMPS off my club every time. I have added 5-15 yds and the bright yellow color is VERY easy to spot.
Women can definitely use this ball successfully.
Can't believe the ball is being discontinued. I hope the replacement is just as good.

Best Buy in Golf Balls
I buy a lot of things on line and find excellent deals most of the time. When I came across Golfballs.com; I found my golf balls to buy in the future. The Srixon Z Star VX is a great golf ball and the Yellow Tour appeals to the eye when standing over it. If I could manufacture the shot I want every time, then I would have something to cheer about and join the tour. Oh well stuck in my dream job and I will continue to purchase Srixon golf balls from here. The Srixon ball is durable, aligns well for puts, can get great feel from the putter, wedge shots stop within a foot of the landing stop, mid-irons will stop within 5 feet of the landing, and the driver/fairway woods get great distance. I am satisfied with my purchase and will return to purchase others when I finally lose the last one.

GREAT BALL!
This is a really good ball! At the current price, and the quality of this ball, is a must have. I usually start off every round with a new ball, I hit this ball for 44 holes, and the ball was still performing at Top Shelf Quality. Oh on the 45th hole operator hit it in the water! Bought two dozen, and order four more!

Your new ball...
If you are looking for a better ball, this is it! I used to play the Pro V1x, and this ball is better in every aspect. This ball is longer, and feels better around the green. I really like the covering of this ball, and the way it stops on the green. I play the yellow version, and it is incredibly easy to track down the middle of the fairway... :)
There are two types of swings in golf; compressors and sweepers. If you are a compressor you will appreciate how well the covering on this ball holds up.
As a low handicapper, there isn't a reason not to play this ball.
