I love the price and the performance of Srixon z-star. I have hit just about every ball on the market with a swing speed of just over 92mph. All the balls go the same distance for me. I used to think that compression had something to do with how far a ball traveled. Not anymore. The distance a ball will travel depends on a player's swing speed and flush contact. This ball stops quickly, will spin back with wedges and the right greens. It does stop quicker on firm, fast greens. I will still roll out on those firmer greens. Great feel around the green. You can not get the same performance from the other Srixon products. At $30 a doz,they are a steal. 65 yo and play three times a week. index 7.3
