Z-Star Balls
I bought 3 dozen Srixon Z Star balls, to take advantage of the free shipping..Little did I know, that I had purchased a new secret weapon!! What a great feeling ball!! Last year(at age 75) I moved to our Senior Tees, to try to regain some of the fun in golf, lost to radiation from Cancer. Last Tuesday, I shot my age!! The Z Star ball, and the extra yards I gained in distance, made the difference!!

Good Ball.
I have been a Calaway HX tour player for a while and loved how they played. I stike the ball OK and have a 90-92mph swing speed on my driver. (12degree ping rapture) I bought the yellow srixon z-star ball so I could see it better as I hate looking for golf balls. Off the driver the srixon is longer and flies a little lower. It has a bit more roll out as well. I get about 5-10 yards more with the srixon. 220-230 for HX 230-240 with srixon. I track my shots with an onpargps and this if from 18 with

Exceeded my expectations . . . so far.
I bought the Srixon Z-Star and the Bridgestone Tour B330, and took both balls to test on a tough course. Having never tried either brand, my plan was to try each for 9 holes, but I didn't like the Bridgestone ball after the first two holes, so I pulled out the Srixon ball. I didn't have high hopes, based on hitting Srixon balls at driving ranges. I was pleasantly surprised with the Z-Star ball. It was longer than I expected, but not as long as some others I've played. It was solid on approach and solid

Srixon has a winner here....
As a recent convert to urethane balls, I've played the Pro-V1 exclusively. I decided to give the Z-Star a try after having read several positive reviews touting the distance gains and improved spin over the Pro-V. I was not disappointed. I found the Z-Star to be better in every category, and the first ball I've ever found that's a PLEASURE to play. You owe it to yourself to give this ball a try.

One Ball- Best Lifetime Score...
Normal ball used: Pro V1, Nike One Black, or Callaway Xi Rounds played per year: 25-35 Handicap: 11 I never would have even considered using a Srixon ball until I found one in the rough last week. Ended up pulling it out of the bag Thursday at a difficult course and ended up with my lowest score ever (76). The ball was longer off the tee an average of 15 yards (landed just left of a 311 yard green), the most accurate I've played with long irons, and had extra spin with the wedges (often zipping 7-10 fee

Good, fragile ball
This is a good ball, make no mistake. But, far, far from durable. 18 holes, three balls in my pocket. Played one ball all but one hole, when I hit my tee shot into water (near edge, so recovered ball to continue play after that hole). Hiting from the drop zone, new ball, never been hit...and it now has shredding...from a 3/4 speed wedge. The other ball has a cut from a thin hit. One round and a cut and one hole and a shred is NOT durable.

Great ball!
I have not traditionally played Srixon balls and haven't tried them since the U-Tri Tour. I read some reviews on this ball and thought I would give them a chance. I am glad I did! These are straighter and feel "perfect" off of the driver. On iron shots, very smooth with just enough time on the face to feel the ball compress. Wedges allow for quick stops and a little spin when needed. I even had a friend try them the same day I did. He agrees with the assessment. I tried these alongside Callaway HX Hot Bite

Top notch ball
I've played two rounds with the Z-star and it's softer feeling plus longer than Pro V1, Callaway Tour i which is why I'm switching to it. The Bridgestone B330 RX is comparable in feel but I still give the edge to Z-star.

Pro V1 move over!
This new Srixon ball is far and away better than any other ball I have ever played. It has a soft feel, great spin, amazing distance, and is very durable. I've played 27 holes with one, and it is still very much playable. Give it a try and judge for yourselves!
