I ordered personalized golf balls for a gift for a friend's wedding from golfballs.com only after being rejected by one of it's competitor over in appropriate language. The message I wanted personalized was innuendo about his future wife's ownership of his golf balls and contained no foul language. Golfballs.com understood that.
Thats when the fun started. I realized after I submitted the order that I used her maiden name versus her new married one. With 9 days till the wedding golf outing, I was panicked. I emailed the whole customer service group with dilemma and overnight, they changed the order to the correct name, and maintained their shipping promised date.
Everything arrived right on time and a grateful groomsman was able to present the groom with balls his wife now owns.
All in all, one of the best customer service experiences and reason enough to shop with golfballs.com

Johnny, your wrong.
The X is made for greater distance and a low spin. The S is the opposite, made for greater spin over distance.

A have played both balls and in my opinion - Your both right - The player with a faster swing speed will generally benefit more from playing with the x over the s. The x is made for greater distance and slightly less spin vs the s that is optimized to provide greater spin (control if your that good) and slightly less distance. Both are 4 piece balls so you do get a good amount of spin separation from driver to short iron.
