I first tried to put on my shoe and was unable to get my foot into it because of the sewn in tongue which did not allow enough room to slide my foot into the shoe and this was without socks. With socks it is almost impossible to get one's foot into the shoe. I do not understand why the design is necessary as you lace up the shoe anyway to fit comfortably. Bad Design feature!!!
