Titleist Ball Marker Golf Hat

I have always been happy with Golfballs.com. The products that I bought have been outstanding. Mostly the towels with my name on it. It made me look so cool. Everyone thought that I could play golf just because my towel had my name on it. Little do they know I can't but I always have a lot of fun. The hat that I just got was very nice other that the magnet on the bill was not installed correctly and sticks up. I tried fixing it and that didn't work. I have already worn it on the course so I'm not going to return it. It's not Golfballs.com fault but titleis letting it go the through their lines unnoticed. Thank you much
