This is a great hat, but I wear the unstructured hats, is there one available with the NFL logos on them ? The structured one is just too tall

unfortunately the only other NFL option is the Visor. Hopefully another manufacturer will offer us their version of the licensed cap in an unstructured version.

this cap is adjustable to "one size fits most" so you should be able to find a setting suitable for you.

On the NFL Taylormade caps you describe it has a structured fit cap. Is that like a flex fit? I have a larger head so would it work for me? Thanks.

These are not a flexfit cap. The mesh gives the appearance as such but it has an adjustable backing.

Most hats are a one size fits all. The exception would be any cap that is considered a FlexFit cap and offers a variety of sizes. Those may be your best bet.

I too, have a rather large melon, but I was very surprised how much these caps stretch out and I have a small/medium and it fits just fine...the medium/large was too big

I wouldn't recommend the Crunch Cap for anyone with a larger head size. I would be more inclined to wear a flexfit style cap in the largest size available. This way it offers a little more give with the flexible band for sizing.
