I had my company logo embroidered on these caps and they came out great. The Bills were a little long, but they kept the sun out of our eyes at ourJune Golf Tournament!

Are all of your hats one size fits all, Ive got a big head, most of those don't fit.

Most hats are a one size fits all. The exception would be any cap that is considered a FlexFit cap and offers a variety of sizes. Those may be your best bet.

I too, have a rather large melon, but I was very surprised how much these caps stretch out and I have a small/medium and it fits just fine...the medium/large was too big

I wouldn't recommend the Crunch Cap for anyone with a larger head size. I would be more inclined to wear a flexfit style cap in the largest size available. This way it offers a little more give with the flexible band for sizing.
