All Golfballs.com orders are shipped via FedEx, however certain exceptions may apply, including special customer requests, 3rd party drop ship orders, certain international orders, and delivery to PO boxes, FPO-APO, and other parcels better suited for USPS or UPS delivery.
Flat-Rate shipping is only available on non-custom, continental US shipments shipped via ground service.
Express shipping services are available at extra charge.

Golfballs.com Returns & Refunds

If you are not totally satisfied with an item that you purchase, you may return it in its original, new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. Clubs may not be returned after they have been used. Balls, bags, shoes may not be returned in used condition unless defective or unless covered by manufacturers warranty.
If the return is due to a product misrepresentation or product defect, we will refund your shipping charges. If returned for other reasons, shipping charges will not be refunded.
If we deliver the wrong item to you, we will pick up the item and deliver you the correct item completely at our expense.
If you purchase an item that does not fit you correctly, like shoes or gloves, you may ship the item back to us, in new and unused condition, and we will replace it with the correct size if available. Returns and shipping charges due to mis-sizings are at customer expense.
